This 8-week kettlebell and bodyweight HIIT program delivers intense full body workouts that can be done with just a few kettlebells, a pull up bar, and a jump rope with every workout being completed in under an hour. There are 4 full body workouts per week with 2 active recovery/cardio and a 1 weekly kettlebell/bodyweight challenge.
