HIIT Style Workouts
This program works the entire body. Each workout is centered around upper, low, full or core workouts in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format for maximum results. We mix EMOM's (every minute, on the minute), with AMRAP's (As many rounds as possible), Tabata Intervals, rep counts and timed workouts which are ALL 30-45 minutes or less.
These workouts can be performed literally anywhere at anytime. All you will need is some floor space and a workout mat to get after these workouts.

INCLUDED are video demonstrations for every exercise in the program which demonstrate and explain how to perform each exercise properly.
I also give exercise modifications for those that need them. Your technique and understanding of how to perform bodyweight exercises is going to drastically improve.
